BOARD OF SUPERVISORS/MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY: The board is responsible and makes final decisions for all township business matters.

PLANNING COMMISSION (PC): The PC reviews and makes recommendations to the Board of Supervisors about all land development items/issues.

ZONING HEARING BOARD(ZHB): The ZHB reviews, adjudicates, makes determinations for matters concerning the Township Zoning Ordinance.

For all Planning Commission (PC) Meetings, all agenda items and plans must be submitted No-Later-Than 12 PM on the Wednesday prior to the regular scheduled PC Meeting.
