The Township Planning Commission and The Zoning Hearing Board members are duly appointed by the Township Board of Supervisors.
Both of these above Commissions and/or Boards are regulated by the Pennsylvania Municipal Authority Act, The Pennsylvania Municipal Planning Act, and related regulatory acts associated with the latter two Acts.
